Interview Question in J2SE
Interview Question :: Cannot install java on my dell with windows vista,HELP |
I just downloaded limewire and went to open it and it simply instructed me to download java....dowloaded java 100% successfully when all of a sudden it states that there was an error....and mentions that it may be that I have that activex control thing on the top of my screen(which wasn't there!) so for s.a.g I downloaded active xcontrol and still that java won't download,please help!!!!....I'd even let someone remotely help,what's the deal? please be thorough! thanks!

We encountered an issue while trying to automatically install Java software onto your machine.
If you encounter an error, check the top of the browser (see image above) for a yellow bar that reads "This site might require the following ActiveX control: J2SE Runtime Environment 6 Update 3 from 'Sun Microsystems, Inc.'. Click here to install..." Click the yellow bar and choose "Install ActiveX Control..." to allow installation to proceed |
