| I am a B.E (non IT)graduate working as a System Administrator(Support) in a IT firm for the past 18 months.This is my first job and now I prefer job change with profile change also.I am not interested in continuing this job profile.I wish to move to any other profile other than this.As I am non IT grad I was chosen for this job.I have knowledge(certification) in Java,J2EE but no exp.Please suggest me what can I do further for a btr job.I have also tried Internal swap with my current Employer but it is has gone of no use.They r not helping me out.There is no recognition,salary hike,promotion here.They have postpond our(those who joined with me) promotion because of some revenue problem in the concern.I get 2.75 lakhs per annum.Will I get a job atleast with the same salary?Can I study any certification,if so what to go with?or will I get a job in Java platform without exp?Can I move to some other profile?I am not sure where to move and how to set my career......pls help me out.......... |
