Interview Question in J2EE
Interview Question :: What is the best alpurpose linux distro |
-I want to run a LAMP server and use joomla and/or drupal.
-I want to use this server as a file and ftp server
-I want to be able to watch movies without to much config of codecs
-I want easy updates and good package management.
-J2EE in the future is also a probability.
**** I want to be able to run windows applications ****
Is it easy to install win4lin wine,... or VMware...?
... I like yum and apt-get...
I am leaning toward PClinux, Ubuntu 7.10 or Fedora 8...
Please give me your pros and cons on your favorite distro... |
